Television & Film

We create TV and film - innovative and inspiring animated, live action and musical content for children, families and grown ups.
For Universal Kids network, we consulted on their brand re-launch which led to a development deal to craft a lineup of original preschool music series. Teaming up with Happy Owl Media, we brought our bold, kid-centered visions to Nickelodeon, Cartoon Network/Cartoonito, and Out of the Blue Enterprises. Our animated creation Kobi Digs In caught the eye of Time Studios – Children’s Programming, earning an option deal.
We kept the pressure on the commercial TV powers-that-be, and pitched original series concepts to industry giants like Disney, Sesame Workshop (receiving a pitch deal), PBS Kids, Thirteen/WNET, and Sunny Hostin Productions.
With Kim Wayans’ Little Magic Productions we’ve developed a whimsical tween series and with comedian Dwayne Kennedy we’re cooking up an irresistible resistance political comedy project.
Stephanie’s producing talents put her on sets with icons like Spike Lee and Keenen Ivory Wayans. She held it down on more music video sets than a boom mic in the ‘90s. For BRIC TV, she co-created the family lifestyle segment “Brooklyn Love with Jiji Jones”, bringing a 10-year-old’s POV to living in Brooklyn. She also has contributed as a development producer for non-fiction company Happy Owl Media. As Supervising Producer on Nickelodeon’s beloved, Gullah Gullah Island, she earned an Emmy nomination. She is directing her first documentary film, “The Jones Twins: Bebop Souls in a Muzak World.”
Suzanne was a producer on FXX’s Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell, where she helped bring yucks to the masses (or the small band of loyal viewers). At PEOPLE Magazine TV, she was producing liaison between the magazine and Dateline NBC—what’s true crime without celebrity snazz? There she wrote a segment with Warner Bros. Classic Animation for Bugs Bunny and Michael Jordan. Over at Nuvo TV (now Fuse Media), she co-developed comedy and docu-series, proving she’s cool with punchlines and plotlines. She wrote/directed and voiced animated characters with No Evil Animation Co. playing, among others, a singing chicken and Condoleezza Rice.
